Marketing & PR Manager
We are seeking an experienced top level Marketing & PR Strategist. This position is for candidates with degrees in Marketing/Advertising or a related field who will work with our clients and specialise in media marketing strategy and also with our internal team improving process and knowledge.
We have a diverse client range with companies in TV Campaigns, Productions, Events and more. We’re extremely passionate about what we do, protective of our clients and our culture and we’re looking for a smart, passionate top performer who wants to be part of a great company. You will need a solid track record of growing business and have been in the industry for around 5 years.

Ideal Skills required for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills – be able to build and manage client relationships while delivering significant business value for clients – able to efficiently understand a technical subject and articulate: to become a trusted advisor for key accounts.
  • Excellent organisation skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a change-driven environment and able to re-prioritise as needed
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Must be able to give, embrace and seek constructive criticism professionally
  • Team player who can work meaningfully with others
  • Solid working knowledge of media marketing methods TV/Radio Marketing, Social Media and Mobile Marketing and more
  • Creative but scientific in your approach proving your ideas with real user data. – Experience setting up and running split tests
  • A passion for staying up to date on industry current events and trends.
  • Fluent in reading/speaking/writing of English and Chinese

You will handle:

  • Developing marketing strategies.
  • Analytics research and reporting.
  • Creating and launching marketing campaigns.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in marketing strategies based on analytics data.
  • Be committed to improving results in the work you do.
  • Continually improving systems, processes, knowledge and skills within the team.
  • Longevity in this role is important. We’re looking for a key person who will commit to the role for at least 3 years.

Post Production Editor
  • Familiar with TV camera operation, video/audio editing and after effects. Min. with 2 years of experience
  • Advanced in PC skills with Adobe CS product range will be essential
  • Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Chinese writing is necessary
Media Content Management Assistant
  • Relative Bachelor/Master qualification in News Media Industry
  • Familiar with the process of News content analysis and extension
  • Great Working under tight timelines and deadlines
  • The ability to handle multiple production duties at any one time
  • Experience in MS Office and Internet Content input, Average computer skills required
  • Fluent Mandarin and English in both Reading and Writing
  • Holder of Bachelor degree in Media Studies/Chinese Language
  • 2 years or above or related working experience
  • Understanding of Asian Culture
  • Mandarin Speaking Qualification is a must
Web Administrator
  • Mastery of modern web coding technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and other front/back end technologies).
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing web services.
  • Ability to work with MySQL database.
  • Understanding of web construction and maintenance, at least 2yr+ experience required.
  • Understanding of Comsenz (discuz!) , at least 2yr+ experience required.
  • Understanding of other CMS platforms (WordPress…) will be the bonus.
  • Young, passionate, with a good spirit of team work.
  • Proficient in Simplified and Traditional Chinese – both writing and reading required.
  • Able to edit web page and contents using MS Office and Adobe Software.
Radio/TV Presenter
  • New role for radio station FM104.2 – a brand new Chinese music radio channel
  • Minimum 6 months experience in radio presenting
  • Relative Bachelor qualification is preferable
  • Have an interest in Chinese music and entertainment news
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Someone that is creative and can bring new ideas to the team!

Camera Man / Editing
  • Relative Bachelor qualification in TV and Media Industry
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years TV industry experiences
  • Familiar with the process of TV production and filming
  • Working under tight timelines and deadlines
  • Creative Concept to completion in the creative process and filming of programmes
  • The ability to handle multiple production duties at any one time
  • Experience in Final Cut and Adobe Premiere – Editing software operation
  • Fluent Mandarin and English
Senior Reporter / Program Presenter
  • Holder of Bachelor degree / Master qualification in News Media Studies
  • 2 years’ experience as TV Broadcaster / Journalist in major TV Media or related working experience in TV industry
  • Understanding of Asian Culture
  • Fluent Mandarin and English in both Reading and Writing
  • Skilled at planning and organising Live broadcasting programmes and reporting on News and News production
  • Flexible and adaptable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
